Apartment was clean, spacious, good view (there are 2 large terraces where are nice for evenings, building was quiet , it is close to city central , so all of shops are near by.
Parking apace for this apartment is located in worst places of parking lot (on a steep slope and at an angle). Since the apartment is located close to the city center, there is some noise and occasional shouting at night, which may disturb your sleep.

Hatte kurz gezögert, weil die Unterkunft noch keine Bewertungen hatte – aber zum Glück hab ich's trotzdem gebucht. Die Lage ist top, besser geht's in Kassel kaum. Das Penthouse ist wunderschön eingerichtet, gemütlich und trotzdem hochwertig. Besonders die Terrassen haben uns umgehauen – viel Platz, tolle Aussicht, einfach schön. Und die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben. Wir haben die Zeit dort wirklich genossen und werden definitiv wiederkommen. Wer in Kassel sucht, sollte hier nicht lange überlegen.
