Tolle saubere kleine Wohnung mit separater Küche und Balkon, in schön renoviertem Altbau, liebevoll und komplett eingerichtet - inklusive Ventilator. Super für eine Person, bequemes Bett (eine Matratze für das Doppelbett - ob es für 2 Personen auch so bequem ist, kann ich nicht sagen) Netter Vermieter, persönliche Schlüsselübergabe. Biomarkt in der Nähe.
Parken an der Straße ist jetzt kostenpflichtig. Leider stehen zZ wenige funktionierende Automaten dort (Tagessatz aktuell 6€) Die Fenster können nicht komplett abgedunkelt werden, wer empfindlich ist, bringt eine Schlafmaske mit

unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe inkl nettem persönlichem Empfang. Sehr sauberes Zimmer/Wohnung. Ausreichend Küchenutensilien und Kaffee/Tee. Jedenfalls eine gute Entscheidung.

Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Kongress Palais im schönen Stadtteil Vorderer Westen mit fußläufig erreichbaren Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war für uns perfekt. Die Wohnung selbst (im dritten OG) ist auch über einen Fahrstuhl erreichbar und ruhig zum Hinterhof raus gelegen. Sie verfügt über einen kleinen niedlichen Balkon mit weiter Aussicht, war für uns zwei Personen ausreichend geräumig, schön hell eingerichtet und sauber. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte persönlich und war super gut vereinbar.
