Could do with a few more home comforts, e.g a microwave, some kitchen items, something to dry clothes on and some extra blankets

Tolle Lage direkt an einer Haltestelle mit einer zentralen Straßenbahnlinie Richtung Stadt und Wilhelmshöhe. Supermarkt nah. Vermieter ist sehr gut erreichbar und freundlich bei Problemen. Sauberkeit auch ok. Schlüssel via Schlüsselbox.
Sehr hellhörig, früh morgens extremer Lärm von oben. WLAN und TV problematisch, mobiles Internet funktioniert in der Kellerwohnung auch kaum. Bei Ankunft waren nur 2 Einzelbetten im selben Raum bezogen. Auf Rückfrage wurde kurzfristig das Doppelbett in einem anderen Zimmer bezogen.

Zentrale Lage, ruhige Gegend, gute Parkmöglichkeiten.
Fernseher außer Betrieb, instabile Internetverbindung. Einrichtung insgesamt ausbaufähig, insbesondere WC und Bad.
