It was aflat. I made the breakfast myself.
I had problems as the TV didn´t function. Had to call the property and after some talking he decided to come and after half an hour he managed to fix it.

Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Die Lage zum Bergpark und Anbindung an ÖPNV ist hervorragend. Das Apartment ist gemütlich und funktional eingerichtet.
Die Parkplatzsituation fand ich etwas schwierig, war aber auch als nicht kostenfrei beschrueben

Ich bewerte den Vermieter, der uns sehr kurzfristig (1 Std. vor Anreise) wegen Wasserschadens (Rohrbruch - fand ich zunächst unglaubwürdig) eine Alternativwohnung besorgt hat sowie diese Alternative (sehr gut!).
Die kurzfristige Änderung/Absage hat natürlich für Aufregung gesorgt, aber die vermittelte alternative Unterkunft hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Ich habe alles in perfektem Zustand vorgefunden. Vielen Dank für die Kaffeepads zur Kaffeemaschine. Die haben mir den den Morgen gerettet. :-) ich komme gerne wieder.
