Apartment Topázio in Vilamoura with pool

Apartment was nice, the pool was great and a great location which was perfect for what we needed. There is a spar under the apartment block and a launderette.

Plates and kitchen utensils and glass need renewing as there were no large wine glasses and utensils had seen better days. To find the apartment I would suggest you say it is in the block where the Spar is as it took us a while to find the apartment

Its little retro look apartment. The location is good, 10 min walk from center, also it’s good that u have supermarket at enter to the building. Cozy apartment good for long stay.

Some tips for owner: Doors and wardrobe look old. Air conditioning its number 1 that beed to do! Its was so hot, cannot imagine what is in july or august. Fan is not a issue. Also: property leaves u a book of rules, what u need to do or do not do, or how to clean but even a sponge on kitchen for them is not a reason to be left. Also garbage bags. Its very funny: u rent app and need to buy this staff. Its confusing. Sorry: but clients will be happy to find at kitchen: salt, sugar, oil, that stuff that they dont bring with them on vocation.

Well equipped store on the ground floor (including fresh bakery), clean inside and on the common areas. Water was rather hot and relatively clean in the swimming pool. Apartament is very well equipped in household appliances (toasters, coffee machine, oven, boiling pans, microwave, cutlery and crockery) - nearly everything to make a full meals.

Location close to loud restaurants working till midnight, so being with kids and trying to go sleep earlier doesn’t make a sense considering necessity to open the window due to lack of the air conditioning

Was clean and properly equipped. Location was good as well

* very hard to find. They forgot to send the instructions on how to get there, and didn’t answer the phone when we called for help, so we lost about 30’ to 45’ of our already short stay looking for the apartment * we couldn’t access the pool. Instructions said to use a tag, but there was none and the lock on the pool used a numeric code. When asked for it, the manager didn’t reply (up to this day) * WI-FI password was incorrect on the website and instructions
