Highly recommend this accommodation for a family. The site is very peaceful and the apartment well stocked. Villamoura is a great resort clean, safe and easy to get around if you have a car (recommended). Only 30 min drive from airport and 15mins drive to beach. Plenty of choice of supermarkets 8-12mins drive away. Beaches are full of life but closer to Faro and they are quieter. Quateria has a good choice of restaurants many of which are family friendly. All the locals were friendly and appreciated us attempting portuguese although English is widely spoken.
