Lovely place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were grateful to be able to check in late & was welcomed on arrival. The room was clean & heated when we arrived.

It’s rather remote & found it difficult to find places to eat so make sure you’re prepared for that. We also missed the turn into the property from lack of signage and it was very difficult to turn around and go back up into an insanely steep driveway.

Beautiful modern large apartment and balcony

Lovely large clean modern apartment with amazing views, but highway is a bit noisy, there is a supermarket on the main road nearby at the turn off, Eurospin, don't miss a visit to Brixen Village, we enjoyed great hiking nearby incl adolf munkel trail, seceda.

Great place!

The apartment is great, the views from the living room are awesome. You have everything that you need if you want to cook as well. Parking is in front of the apartment and the area is super quiet. Toni gave us a travel cot as well.

We had a few days of over 30° C and it was pretty hot at night. We opened the windows and got bunch of insects flying around (not a big deal, though). Maybe a fan or window screens will be useful.

Excellent Stay – Bright, Spacious Apartment in a Great Location

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is spacious, full of light, and equipped with everything we needed. It was spotless and very well organized. The location is excellent – close to a main road with easy access to everywhere, and there's a supermarket nearby. The host was very kind and helpful with everything we asked for. Highly recommended!

Too “simple” in a few occasions. For example, we were not even told or proposed to you the sauna that is apparently available? Not customised advice nor suggestions from the host.

Perfect for an overnight stay near Brixen

A very modern apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a beautiful terrace. Perfect for an overnight stay on the way to/from Italy. Very friendly owner family. The accommodation is located close to the highway and the railway line, but the apartment is highly soundproofed, you won't hear anything inside. Don't forget to visit nearby Brixen, an unforgettable town.

Good base for visiting Brixen area

Good beds. Spacious apartment, with balcony facing away from the highway and railroad. Friendly landlord. Bread delivery service: order in the evening and you get fresh bread early in the morning. Good location for doing mountain hikes in the various valleys, but you do need a car to get started.

A coffee-table or something at the couch would have been nice (to put your cup or glass down). The location is just off a rather busy main road, with nothing in walking distance (restaurant, shops) so you really have to use the car for everything.

Amazing Place

Well first, the apartment is gorgeous and the view was just spectacular. But the most special part of our stay was how accommodating and nice Tony was since we arrived. She helped us from changing bills of our money to helping us with bringing food for dinner. One of the nicest hostesses I ever came through. Highly recommended.

Cosy and friendly accomodation between Brixen & Klausen

- possibility to have bread delivered to the appartement - nearness of the cascade and possibility to run / wander in the neighbourhodd - closeness to Brixen (practicality) - BrixenCard - cleanliness - friendliness of the Mitterrutzner family - closeness of the Klausen railway station with free parking

- the nearness of the motorway and the Brenner railroad produce a permanent humming noise. You get use to it but it's disturbing at the beginning.

Exceptional

Beautiful surroundings, close to grocery store and good sushi restaurant. Love the playground on site. Our 3 year old had a blast playing in the sandbox. The owners are so sweet and accommodating. Especially considering the fact that right as we arrived, she found us stripping down the 3 year old after he got car sick. Was willing to throw our yucky car seat cover in her washer machine. Super close to seceda and Val de funes. The waterfall nearby was an added bonus!

Appartamento gradevole, molto spazioso, funzionale e fornito di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno degli ospiti. È situato in una posizione tranquillissima con bella vista sui vigneti, nel grazioso paese di Feldthurns , ed è comunque molto vicino all’uscita dell’autostrada. Pulizia immacolata e gestore molto gentile e disponibile
