    It was generally clean and it was nice to have your own little space for luggage. It was quiet and the location is pretty nice. It is directly next ti the station, which was super cool with my heavy luggage. The elevator smells a little like smoke but the rooms are totally finne :) you have a microwave and refrigerator in the basement and in the topfloor where you can also do laundry

    For a solo traveler, it's a great spot. It is well connected to he Tokyo subway through Tozei Kagurazaka Station. I could wait better for the price. The facilities are clean and well-manteined. You should consider that each room has as door, an curtain. I didn't have any problem with snoring or extreme noise from the neighbors rooms. But this is a personal experience that it could not apply to a more sensitive person. Overall, recommended

    Look very closely at the pictures - I didn’t! The cabin room, which I assumed was private, doesn’t actually have a door. It has a curtain separating it from the shared dorm room. As a solo female traveller, who has had bad experiences with men, this is not what I would have booked if I had known. When I asked at front desk if they had a female-only room or a private room I could pay to upgrade to, they said no. Then I asked to get a refund, so I could go somewhere else - they also said no. At this point, it was late and I decided to just stick with it for one night. It of course ended up being fine, all the other guests were quiet and followed the rules. But, I just want to warn people if they are expecting a private room with the Cabin room, that is not what you will be getting. The hotel otherwise was in a handy location and good value for money.

    Families shouldn't stay in the Family quadruple room. Its clearly converted warehouse into a quadruple room and looks really bad. The ceiling looks really bad and looks downtrodden.
