About this house rental
Located in a small, picturesque village in the heart of the Corbières region, near the Cité de Carcassonne, the castles of Cathar country, abbeys, sandy beaches, and the Canal du Midi.
A charming town perched on a small hill, offering panoramic views of the vineyards and the garrigue.
Sophisticated décor.
Two gardens: one on the first floor, and a 1,000 m² Mediterranean garden with playground equipment for children (swings, sandbox).
Two terraces with a table, umbrellas, and a barbecue: one overlooking the vineyards and the garrigue, and the other overlooking the pool.
Large private pool (10 m x 4 m), equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas.
Pool is secured with an approved safety cover.
On the first floor, opening onto a private garden: one bedroom with a queen-size bed (200 x 160), and one bedroom with two twin beds (90 x 200), a bathroom with a shower and sink, 1 separate toilet, and a living room with a sofa bed (200 x 160), which can sleep 2 people.
Upstairs: a large, well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, 1 separate toilet, and 2 terraces (one overlooking the vineyards and scrubland, and the other overlooking the pool).
Crib available.
Sheet rental: 7 € per bed.
End-of-stay cleaning option: 40 €.
Cleaning service is mandatory if pets are present.
Pets allowed with prior approval from the owner.
Category 1 dogs and dogs weighing more than 25 kg are not permitted.
50% deposit due at the time of booking.
Security deposit: 250 €.
Check-in at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM.
Bluetooth speakers are prohibited outside the house.

Cette villa est vraiment exceptionnelle !!! Très fonctionnelle et vraiment très bien entretenue. Le jardin est magnifique, la piscine extra !!!! Un très bon séjour passé en famille. ce qui ne gate rien est la sympathie de Jean Pierre, le proprietaire, qui sera vous conseiller pour les visites de cette très belle région !!!! Et le petit plus : le terrain de pétanque éclairé !!!!

SUPERBE MAISON ET SUPERBE VUE. PROPRIETAIRE TRES SYMPA QUI PREND LE TEMPS D'EXPLIQUER LA REGION ET LES NOMBREUSES CHOSES A VISITER. MAISON TRES CONFORTABLE ET TRES PROPRE. JE LA RECOMMANDE SANS HESITATION ET J'Y REVIENDRAI AVEC GRAND PLAISIR

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables dans cette villa. Le jardin méditerranéen (oliviers, lauriers rose, lavandes) est reposant. Vous serez accueillis par Jean Pierre qui tentera de vous transmettre son amour de la région, vous donnera de bons conseils d'activité et de visites et pourra même emmener les amoureux de vélo sur les routes bosselés et venteuses du coin (attention condition physique requise, le propriétaire est en forme!!)
Le gite est fonctionnel
La région est magnifique et ses sites historiques valent le détour.
