Das Ferienhaus ist entstanden aus dem Komplex des ehemaligen Cafés (Ancien Cafe) und liegt in dem 250 Seelen großen Weindorf Camplong d'Aude im Herzen der Corbieres. Est ist im altfranzösischen rustikal-gemütlichen Stil eingerichtet.

Die alten Balkendecken, die hohen Fenster mit den grazielen Beschlägen und handgefertigten Scheiben, die großen schweren Türen mit den abgenutzten klinken, die terracotta Böden in vielen variationen des typischen rotbraun bis gelb auf denen die Betten ihre Spuren hinterlassen haben.
Das Ferienhaus hat einen grünen Hof wo man im Sommer fast immer die Mahlzeiten einnimmt und grillen kann.
