Individual 1st floor apartment for 1 to 5 people in a building that can accommodate a maximum of 24 people (see our listing no: 1196730). The recently built and very comfortable house is located on the edge a wine-growing village with breathtaking views of the Corbières, in the Aude in the heart of Cathar country, equidistant between Narbonne and Carcassonne ...
The accommodation has its own entrance accessed via an external staircase.
There is a first bedroom with a double bed (140 cm),
a second bedroom with 1 – 3 single beds (90 cm) or baby cots,
a bathroom with toilet, sink, heated towel rail and shower cabin,
a living room with sofa, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen area
and a large private terrace with outdoor furniture and views of the pool and garden below.
The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning: just as pleasant in winter as in summer – and the internet is accessible free of charge by WIFI (fiber optic + repeaters).
(The owners also live on site, but in their own house: they are available if needed – yat always remain as discreet as possible!)
