Accessible 3-room ground-floor apartment with a large terrace, 50 m from the Baltic Sea
Our large, accessible ground-floor apartment (78 m²) with a beautiful view of the dike is located right on the beach, just 50 m from the Baltic Sea. In just 1–2 minutes on foot via the new dike stairs—to be completed in 2025—you’ll reach the beach, the sea, and the promenade, where you’ll find numerous lovely restaurants, cafés, and shops.
The 3-room apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment complex with 3 additional stories above it, has 2 private entrances leading directly into the apartment, and faces the dike and the sea. Here, you not only have a beautiful view of the countryside, but you can also hear the sound of the sea.
The apartment complex has been fully renovated in recent years and is therefore in like-new condition.
The apartment was renovated in April 2015. The furniture and some appliances (dishwasher, washing machine) have been replaced again in recent years (2021-2024). The apartment features a high-quality built-in kitchen in high-gloss white, including a breakfast bar; the bedrooms have light gray designer flooring, while the hallway, bathroom, kitchen, and living room are tiled. The terrace was redesigned by a landscaper and now features an evergreen thuja hedge that has grown quite tall, privacy fences on the sides, and a pretty grass bed with a hibiscus tree that blooms beautifully in the summer. A gate leads outside, and the apartment can also be accessed through the patio door. The terrace will be furnished with new furniture in the spring of 2026.
