This holiday flat is located on the 1st floor of a one and a half storey, detached house with garden, in a quiet area with detached houses in single-family house style, approx. 400m from the Merr, and in the opposite direction at about the same distance from the Eutin state forest with beech forest and game reserve, the flat is furnished in pine wood style and other light-coloured furniture, so that a holiday atmosphere is guaranteed. With the exception of the kitchen floor and the bathroom, the flat has light-coloured parquet flooring. The walls are kept in white, as are the wall tiles in the kitchen and bathroom.the shower room is equipped with 2 washbasins, the kitchen with microwave and dishwasher and all the usual utensils for self-catering.from the living room you enter the approx. 10sqm southwest-facing balcony, where you can also comfortably take your meals.the garden with playground equipment, seating and barbecue facilities is also at your disposal.the spa town of Kellenhusen, a former fishing village, offers variety and relaxation in a picturesque location. It lies in a gentle bay. The fine sandy beach is followed by the hinterland with fields, wild roses and the Kellenhusen forest. It guarantees a good mood with its adventure zones (water features, the 'observation steamer', the barbecue and children's play facilities... and the picturesque plant islands. You can indulge yourself or do a little shopping in the neat little restaurants, cafés and shops right on the beach.
