Die Lage des Objekts macht es möglich auch einen kurzen Ausflug an die Ostsee zu machen, z. B. noch schnell einen Abendspaziergang. Die Wohnung selbst ist eher eng, aber durch die Dachschrägen sehr gemütlich. Etwas schwierig ist es, die nassen Badesachen wieder trocken zu bekommen, da es keine eigentliche Aufhängemöglichkeit gibt. Aber irgendwie organisiert man sich und geniesst die Zeit an der Ostsee. Super war, dass man das Objekt bis 14 Tage vor Anreise hätte kostenlos stornieren können, gerade in den momentan unsicheren Zeiten war dies ein wichtiges Buchungskriterium für uns.

Folgende Mängel waren vorhanden und dürfen bei einem solchen Preis nicht vorkommen! 1.) alter Teppichboden 2.) Feuermelder demontiert bzw. außer Betrieb (Achtung Lebensgefahr im Dachgeschoss) 3.) sehr alte Sofaecke total durchgesessen 4.) Defekte Schrankschublade mit medizinischem Pflaster notdürftig "repariert" 5.) Tür aus Schiebeschrank fiel raus 6.) Abmontierte Küchen Schranktür 7.) generell schlechtes Geschirr und Besteck (Beispiel: von 5 Kaffeetassen waren 4 gerissen) 8.) Verrosteter Abfalleimer 9.) Inserierte Bilder in FEWO stimmten nicht vollständig mit der Wohnung überein 10.) Waschraum: alte schwer zu bedienende Waschmaschine (fehlende Anleitung). Trockner funktionierte nicht. 11.) nur eine kleine Wäschespinne für 11 Ferienwohnungen vorhanden 12.) liebloser Sandkasten mit defektem Spielzeug 13.) keine Toilettenpapierhalterung 14.) verkalkter grün angelaufener Duschkopf (hygienisch bedenklich) 15.) alte nicht abdunkelnde / teils defekte Schlafzimmerrollos 16.) fehlende Infomappe in Wohnung oder Haus 17.) Im Dachgeschoss nahezu kein Wlan verfügbar Abschließender Fun-Fact: Es lagen Geo Zeitschriften aus dem Jahr 1988!!!!!!!!! als Lektüre in der Wohnung bereit. Dies zeigt die Wertschätzung des Gastgebers! Der Preis von ca. 1300€/Woche empfinden wir selbst in der Hauptsaison als totalen Wucher! Wir können diese Wohnung auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen!
