* No Smoking * Minimum age 25 years old, No Street parking, No Parties, No Spring Break groups.
* Pets considered only with prior management approval, signed pet agreement, and paid pet fee. Maximum 1 dog.
* No Rv's, Trailers, Boat's or Watercraft's allowed to be parked at the property.
* Guest must agree to sign 30A Rental Properties rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
* Rates, availability and minimum stay requirements are subject to change without notice.
* Notice of County Sound Ordinance - Prohibited act. It shall be unlawful and a violation of the section for a person to make, cause or permit if within his or her control the making or causing of any noise disturbance between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. that is plainly audible from within an occupied residence not the residence of the person making, causing or permitting the making or causing of the noise disturbance.

30A Rental Properties Rental Agreement: By submitting payment for this reservation, the Primary Guest and all occupants associated with the reservation acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of the 30A Rental Properties Rental Agreement, thereby creating a legally binding contract between the Guest and 30A Rental Properties. The Primary Guest accepts full responsibility for the conduct of all occupants and visitors during the reservation period and agrees to be financially responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, fines, or violations of property rules, HOA regulations, or community ordinances that occur during the stay.
Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel protection insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may affect their travel plans. Refunds will not be provided outside of the stated cancellation policy or applicable cancellation period, regardless of the reason for cancellation. By completing this reservation, the Primary Guest confirms acceptance of these terms on behalf of all individuals included in the reservation.
