The house spaces were well suited to our needs. There were just 4 of us, we thought maybe an (adult) child would join but they didn't, so we had more space than needed, but comfortable. House was nice, I wonder how soon before our arrival it was "checked" as I had to remove a dead bug from downstairs bedroom floor, bathtub and dining area. I realize there are large bugs in Fl, but these had been dead for a while and would have been nice not to view on arrival (if house had been checked close to our arrival). Only 2 of the 4 bikes were usable. Tires had to be inflated prior to using even those 2. Should have been in usable condition from start. Also only 2 of the (5) beach chairs were in fair condition. Also for our purposes of using the beach, house was a good walk or bike ride away, not a close walk with beach gear(and we're active people). Did inform owners of bike & chair conditions & they were quick to respond, but only there for 2 full days, so we were disappointed we didn't have all that we had anticipated accessible to us, especially bikes. Also note, golf cart is in driveway but additional fee.

Such a perfect home for a nice vacation away with family. The location is nice, everything is 5 mins away or less. Miranda was so responsive and nice. Even the cleaning people were nice lol. House was beautiful! It had everything you needed. We definitely will be going back to stay

The house was very spacious and was perfect for our party of 6. Best of all was the location! We were just 1/2 mile from the beach access and it was easy to walk to or take the golf cart. Owners were great to communicate with and very nice

Beautiful house about a 25 minute walk to beach. Having a golf cart was nice. Communication with owner was fantastic will definitely stay again
