About this chalet rental
Come and enjoy nature in the calm near the river and its landscaped areas and the first heights between Jura and Bugey for beautiful hikes.
Halfway between Lyon and Geneva (1 hour), the chalet is located near the riverside, in the heart of the protected natural area of the upper Ain valley, a remarkable site from an ecological, geological and landscape point of view.
The "Haute Vallée de l'Ain" Sensitive Natural Area is a vast perimeter that includes the Ain river, over a linear length of more than 25 kilometres, from the Allement reservoir in Poncin to the Thoirette bridge in Matafelon-Granges. This environment offers many nature sports sites and benefits from an important tourist dimension.
From the chalet, you can walk to the banks of the river in the place called Merpuis where there is a beach area, pedal boat or boat rental without a license as well as a small marina.
The property consists of a single-storey chalet of 70 m2 on a plot of 1000 m2 partly open to nature.
You will have a large bright living room/living room/kitchen with direct access to the outdoor spaces and a breathtaking view of the lake and the reliefs. The kitchen area is fully equipped and furnished. The openings will allow you direct access to the terrace of more than 100 m2 that surrounds the chalet and an optimal indoor-outdoor lifestyle.
You will benefit from a suite with 1 double bed of 160 and a bathroom equipped with a shower and a sink. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed of 140 and 2 single beds of 80 bunk beds. The 2 bedrooms allow you to have a view of the lake .

The television is installed in the living room. It is not connected to fibre or satellite but allows you to be connected via your smartphone or PC using your internet package (4G on site with Orange network)
Outside, you will find different areas:
- The barbecue-dining area with an outdoor lounge and a view of the surrounding mountains and nature,
- The relaxation area with an unobstructed view of the lake,
- The petanque area.
A partially enclosed landscaped garden, a large parking space, an outbuilding for outdoor equipment available and an outbuilding with tools (not accessible) complete the décor.PGJyPg
On the activities side, a lighted petanque court and a ping-pong table enhance the whole.
On the practical side, a washing machine and an outdoor space to hang laundry. Numerous cupboards in the different spaces will allow you to store your belongings.
Rental is by the week (Saturday to Saturday) or for long weekends (minimum 3 nights).
The cleaning fee of 100€ is mandatory.
