La proximité au lac de Vouglans et les espaces verts à proximité.
L'appartement au mobilier vieillissant. L'appartement sur 2 étages, avec la pièce de vie/cuisine à l'étage. Le manque de commerce à proximité, il faut bien penser à faire ses courses avant d'arriver.
