Note: there is a carport reserved for two cars and a fitness area available.
On the first floor, there is an entrance hall with a laundry room (washing machine + drying area)
The first level has a bedroom (N°2) with bathroom (sink + bidet).
The second level distributes the dressing room and toilet, access to the terrace and essentially a 90m2 loft with large volumes - bathed in natural light thanks to a splendid bay window more than 5m high, hosting the master suite (bed + bathroom), an equipped kitchen open to a dining area, and finally a small living room.
