The home’s sustainable construction is particularly noteworthy. Not only does it meet the KfW 40 Plus standard, but it also draws all of its electricity from renewable energy sources. In addition, a geothermal heat pump has been installed. The spacious living area is stylishly furnished and equipped with a flat-screen TV. The separate, modern kitchen offers everything you need for a successful evening of cooking. Each of the two bedrooms features a large double bed and a flat-screen TV. The two modern bathrooms each feature a walk-in shower. The house also includes a terrace, a large, fully fenced-in garden, and a shared tool shed. A spacious parking area is available in front of the house. There is also a carport.
