About this house rental

First floor:
Living room with a three-seater sofa and three armchairs, dining table for six people, one high chair, satellite TV, stereo system with CD player.
Kitchen with stove, four-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, range hood, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, and other appliances.
Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, and nightstands.
Shower room.
Adjoining room with a fold-out bed, closet, and dresser.
Upper floor:
Bedroom with two single beds, a sofa bed, dresser, closet, and nightstands; an additional crib is available upon request.
Small bedroom with a French bed (1.40 m wide).
Shower room.
2 terraces: a glass-enclosed veranda in the back garden overlooking the play area, and a sun terrace with an awning in the front garden accessible from the living room, beach chair (in summer).
Swing and slide, sandbox, parking on the property.
Washing machine, fire pit, and charcoal grill.

The flat countryside with its farms and small villages—lush green meadows, grazing cattle, and flocks of sheep—invites you to go cycling and take long walks.
Thanks to the tides—ebb and flow—every visit to the beach holds a surprise—fresh North Sea air and, at times, a brisk breeze included.
The house has been thoroughly renovated and is regularly being refurnished in sections. There is a bathroom with a toilet and shower on both the first floor and the first floor. The kitchen offers all the comforts you need—including a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, an exhaust hood, and a dishwasher—so you can enjoy the convenience of self-catering in a pleasant atmosphere even while on vacation.
Children have plenty of space in the large, fenced-in garden to run around and play, ride their bikes, and dig in the sandbox—or, when the weather is nice, sit in a beach chair and enjoy the sun.
