Not recommended to stay here

Arriving at the flat, the house is not easy to find and located outside the village in nature. The flat does also not look like on the photos and everything is quite old and in poor state of maintenance. The host was not really collaborative, charged me a horrendous cleaning fee despite all the shortcomings in the flat and was not concerned about my customer requests.

At arrival the Internet was not working and the host claimed it’s due to the lack of DSL connection in that area. Also the apartment was not properly cleaned and there were spiders everywhere. The shower was dirty from spider poo and the apartment is not equipped as illustrated on the Booking photos.

Perfekter Jahreswechsel auf der Halbinsel EIderstedt in Tating

Das Reethaus ist ein gepflegtes, wunderschönes Anwesen mit mehreren Wohnungen. Wir hatten die Erdgeschoßwohnung und bewohnten diese mit 4 Erwachsenen. Von unseren anderen Mitbewohnern, bekamen wir nichts mit. Der Blick auf den alt angelegten Garten hat uns besonders gefallen. Noch besser der Blick weit über die Felder, den man vom Anwesen aus hat. Die Straße ist kaum zu hören, da das Grundstück nach Hinten versetzt ist. Die nahe vorbeifahrende Bahn ist eher als Rauschen zu vernehmen. Näher an der Natur geht nicht. Der erste Tee wurde grundsätzlich auf dem weichen Moos im Garten eingenommen. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr großzügig. Die Bilder im Netz entsprechen dem, wie es ist. Das Hauptbad ist neu, die Wohnung war warm, der Kamin zieht gut ab (Holz war ausreichend vorhanden) und die Küche ist abschließbar zum Wohn- und Schlafbereich. Die Terrasse ist großzügig und das Internet hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Auch TV ist mehr als ausreichend gewesen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir, dass wir es sehr zu schätzen wussten, bei Fragen jederzeit einen kompetenten Ansprechpartner zu haben. Das halten wir nicht für selbstverständlich. Durch die Nähe zu SPO und die zahlreichen Landgasthöfe und eine sehr nahe gelegene Milchtankstelle, konnten wir uns in der Nähe tatsächlich ohne Supermärkte mit feinsten Eiderstedter Köstlichkeiten versorgen. Der Ort Tating ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Felder laden zum Spaziergag ein. Wir haben einen perfekten Jahreswechsel mit Winterwonderland unter Reet verbracht. Danke, dass dieses so wunderschöne Objekt vermietet wird.

Das wäre Jammern auf zu hohem Niveau ;-) Wir fokussieren uns auf das Positive, da es uns glücklich macht, zu sein, wo wir sind und es wertzuschätzen.

Schöne Wohnung, leider nicht böllerfrei

Für zwei Personen mit zwei Hunden völlig ausreichend. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht, warmes Badezimmer, in 10 min mit dem Auto am Strand

Ein Gefühl wie zuhause

Die Entfernung nach SPO, nämlich 10 Auto Minuten, und die Ortsrandlage hat mir super (!) gefallen. Man ist sofort im Grünen und schnell an der See. Für meinen Urlaub mit Hund einfach spitze! Das Haus liegt herrlich umsäumt von großen alten Bäumen und Sträuchern. Eine wunderbare Ruhe. Toll fand ich auch die Bank im Garten zum Verweilen in der Sonne und den PKW Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück. Fürs Alltägliche ist in der FeWo wirklich alles vorhanden, ordentlich und gepflegt. Auch das Bett war herrlich angenehm. Ich habe mich wie zuhause gefühlt und komme gerne wieder!

Nicht gefallen hat mir in der FeWo, dass der Lüfter im Bad bei jedem Lichtschalter benutzen sich einschaltet und Minuten braucht bis zum Ausschalten, auch wenn man nur kurz einen Blick in den Spiegel werfen wollte. Schön wäre, wenn man das Licht am Spiegel separat schalten könnte. Daneben habe ich einen Ganzkörperspiegel in der FeWo vermisst.

War okay

Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos. Wir hatten die kleinste Wohnung. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Parkplatz und Lage top. Gepflegter Garten und sehr ruhige Lage.

Sehr schlechtes Internet. Funktionierte nur sporadisch. An einer Spinnenphobie darf man nicht leiden, da es davon viele im Treppenhaus sowie in der Wohnung gibt. Am Insektenschutz hingen leider auch noch einige Insektenleichen.
