Bedroom 2 has a full bathroom with a shower inside, which is why this is a shared apartment. The half-bath is right next to the front door. The washer/dryer is free to use and is located inside Bedroom 2 due to space constraints. There is internet access and a work desk. Pets are allowed. Just be mindful, as there are other pets in the building; avoid any conflicts. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please follow the building rules.
