O apartamento é muito bom, limpo e confortável. O pessoal esteve sempre disponível
Os chuveiros são complicados. Ou fica muito frio ou muito quente. A burocracia antes do check-in é grande.

Excelente ubicación, instalaciones cómodas, seguras, limpias, frescas, recámaras amplias. Bien equipada.
Solo el detalle de la regadera de la recámara principal o de la cama matrimonial, no sale bien el agua. Y la luz en las recámaras están muy tenues.

I loved the location and ease of using the code to gain entry into the apartment. The accomodation was clean, cute, and simple. Access to restaurants, bars, and other activities was easy due to the location being in what seemed to be the heart of Roma Norte.
The main gripe I had with the accomodation was the comfort of the beds. The pillows were somewhat terrible, not supporting the head at all. The 2 twin beds were also on the small side. If the beds and pillows were redone, the place would be stellar!

The apartment’s location, building security, and size are excellent. It’s situated in a great part of La Roma, surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants, and small grocery stores, making it very convenient. The building feels safe and quiet, with little activity inside. Additionally, the apartment is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 3–4 people.
I disliked several aspects of my stay, particularly the check-in process, the strict house rules, and the apartment’s facilities. First, the check-in process was uncomfortable and time-consuming. To receive the door code, I was required to upload multiple face scans through a facial recognition app, along with photos of my passport and the IDs of my two companions (my parents). I was not comfortable sharing this sensitive information digitally, especially facial images. Unfortunately, by the time I learned this was mandatory, canceling the reservation without a fee was no longer an option. In addition, gaining access to the building took about 30 minutes because the security guard carefully reviewed our IDs, possibly taking additional photos. Second, visitors were strictly not allowed in the building. I found this rule unreasonable. I understand the need for visitor registration or security procedures, but an outright ban felt excessive. I was surprised that I couldn’t even have my sister visit. Third, several things in the apartment were not functioning properly. These included the ceiling light in the main bedroom, the washer/dryer, a lamp in the living room, and the hot water system. The main bedroom had no natural light, so it was constantly dark, with only two small bedside lights. I had planned to draw there but wasn’t able to because of the lighting. The headboard on my dad’s bed also fell off during the night. Additionally, the hot water would shut off if someone used the other bathroom at the same time. The most frustrating issue was the washer/dryer. When I tried to do laundry on my last day, the washer left my clothes soaking wet, forcing me to wring them out by hand. The dryer only produced warm (not hot) air, and after four cycles, my clothes were still damp. I eventually had to pack wet clothes in my luggage.
