Quedamos súper encantados de todo, el lugar con una vista preciosa al amanecer, una limpieza impecable y el personal maravilloso.

Lo mejor es la tranquilidad, está perfectamente insonorizada. El aire acondicionado funcionó fenomenal y es silencioso y fácil de manejar (cosa que no siempre es así en los hoteles). La cama es grande y muy cómoda, hay 4 o 5 almohadas diferentes para elegir, esto es un lujo. La ducha está muy bien, las toallas y los albornoces son muy buenos. Y bueno, la situación, claro, al pie de la playa, en el paseo marítimo.

La habitación me pareció algo justa de tamaño, es verdad que la terraza es grande y sirve de desahogo, pero en el mes de agosto en cuanto da el sol ya no se puede salir, aunque tiene una sombrilla. Además llegan los olores de la cocina del restaurante.

We spent fabulous 4 days in La Chipirona. It’s brand-new clean cozy hotel right on Patacona beach. I want to stress that cleaning was absolutely perfect especially for such a sandy location. The room is not big but well equipped with all you can need. The hotel even provides the beach towels. The moment to keep in mind: not all the rooms have the balcony, we lived in Estrella room and there are 2 small windows, one of them facing the beach and the other the opposite house wall. If you are a bit claustrophobic, you may feel not comfortable. We were ok with that, especially since the high season didn’t give a chance to change the room. The cuisine in La Chipirona restaurant is very good. Breakfasts 6-15 euros per person.

There is nothing we really didn’t like. But there are few things to mention for future guests. First of all, hotels on the first line in Valencia are situated on the promenade with all the restaurants and crowds and are separated from the sea by very wide sandy beach. So the room with “sea view” doesn’t give you real “sea” view and is more a disadvantage if you plan to sleep long. Just keep it in mind when you book. As for La Chipirona, it’s a small hotel with ~5 rooms above La Chipirona mediteranian restaurant. The restaurant noise starts at 8 am and finishes at midnight. But the cuisine is very good, recommended.
