The location, the trails, nearby creek and waterfalls, forest, the vista of the volcano from the outlook point are great. The communal lodge is a great space, very open, very in touch with the natural surroundings, providing basic comfort.
The lodge still needs some work and maintenance / cleaning, esp. the showers and toilets. Also, it's really hard to find the place, which is very remote; the shortest route to it from Liberia is problematic (bad dirt road), and good directions are needed for travelers to reach it via the best not shortest route.
