Coco Beach House

Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage fanden wir auch super. Bei Rückfragen war ständig jemand erreichbar, wir würden sofort wieder hierher kommen! :)

Es war ziemlich warm und teilweise konnten wir schlecht schlafen (ohne Klimaanlage). Der Community Bereich könnte etwas einladender eingerichtet werden, aber die Zimmer waren super. :)

The host was very kind and responsive! We enjoyed talking with her. We had expected to share a bathroom, but ended up having a private bathroom which was a nice bonus! It is a great location with everything you need including a kitchen, kitchen appliances, towels, locks on doors, laundry, wifi, etc.

Coco was very hot, and we are used to colder weather, so having A/C would have been nice. The fans were helpful though. It could have been difficult to find the location, but thankfully our host sent good written instructions on how to access the locks and building. One of the rooms' light bulb had very white lighting which was less cosy, but our room had nicer warm lighting. For the price point, I have no significant complaints.

Location is excellent. It was clean. The gate was locked at all times which provided security as was the main door. .

This is a nice property but needs some improvements. Anna/owner is helpful but not on site. So communication is through the booking.com app. No receipt given for payment. Not possible to pay by card. 2 houses down, there are dogs caged in and these dogs barked relentlessly night and day. There are no glass windows from what l could see in the bedroom, rather there is a screen mesh and also a wire/ steel mesh for security. This doesnt seem correct and makes one feel unsafe. I think if these issues were resolved, the property would be great.
