Well presented flat warm and comfortable central heating was efficient shower and bath efficient. Kitchen area well equipped. Fabulous view from the main room. Very clean bedding.
As we know Looe has hills so the elevated position includes a walk up to it as expected. Parking isn’t easy but towards the end of Marine Drive it is free the nearest public car park was expensive so it’s worth investigating before you book. Parking right outside the property is not possible to drop your belongings off. There is a small lift in the public area which helps to take you up to the flat with your bags..

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und lädt zum längeren Verweilen ein. Das haben wir gemacht und haben gleich noch um 3 Nächte verlängert. Besonders hat uns der tolle Ausblick auf den Fluß und auf das Meer gefallen. Dieser Ausblick ist ein Träumchen. Alle Räume sind sauber und ordentlich. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Zugang zur Wohnung ist über eine Treppe oder mit dem Fahrstuhl zu erreichen. Sehr schön fanden wir auch den sehr netten Willkommensgruß vom Vermieter. Hier würde ich jederzeit wieder übernachten.
Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und die Toilette ist zwischen Waschbecken und Badewanne etwas " eingezwängt".
