Tranquillità della zona pur essendo in centro (zona residenziale senza locali notturni, bar o ristoranti nell'immediato intorno). Estrema vicinanza alla passeggiata delle Mura di Lucca. Facilità di accesso all'abitazione per mio zio anziano.

Posizione ottima, vicinissima alla stazione e in posizione tranquilla e silenziosa: nel centro ma distante dalle zone più affollate. Passeggiata sulle Mura di Lucca letteralmente a due passi. Appartamento posto a piano prima rialzato facilmente accessibile. Ideale per persone anziane o giovani coppie.
