La propiedad está en una ubicación excelente, con lugares disponibles para aparcar cerca. Gilberto es un anfitrión excepcional, se comunicó en todo momento y estuvo siempre pendiente de nuestras necesidades. El desayuno es completo y la propiedad está súper limpia.
En nuestro caso no nos tocaron días muy cálidos pero la falta de aire acondicionado puede ser un problema en días de mucho calor. Tener en cuenta que el baño es compartido, esto es algo que de alguna manera no me di cuenta al reservar y fue una “sorpresa” al llegar. Luego en comentarios vi que muchos huéspedes decían lo mismo, por lo tanto creo que es importante resaltar en la descripción para evitar malentendidos

Struttura pulita con un bel balconcino e camera ampia. Posizione non centralissima ma con un buon parcheggio. Bagni in comune ma comunque puliti
Si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore e manca il condizionatore.

La gentilezza e la disponibilità di Gilberto è senza precedenti e questo ha fatto la differenza sulla nostra permanenza. Molto comodo avere la colazione in casa e la stanza era grande e accogliente.
Non è chiarissimo che i 2 bagni sono in comune con le altre stanze e che non c’è l’ascensore.
