Very convenient and very clean. It has a lot of updated amenities. Would highly recommend. Also the shower is awesome!
The only thing I would say is to pack light. There is not a lot of room for luggage.

It’s located in a great location not far from the beach and town. The neighborhood is cute and quiet and the host was extremely nice and helpful.
It was a bit smaller than expected and some things were slightly inconvenient. Only one bike was usable as a tire was broken on the second, the fence broke down during a storm/seemed a little flimsy, and we noticed that moisture seeps through the floor panels into the room when it rains.
