Diamond Beach 108

-Loved the location, the beach was not very busy and it was peaceful! -The place is super cute and lots of space, there is no keurig (even tho there was one pictured) but there is a tiny regular coffee pot so bring regular coffee not k-cups! The washer/dryer in-one combo is awesome but the stove is not new, i think it might be older than me LOL -Host is super super responsive and fixed the cleaning issue/also brought us another parking pass when there was only one available -Love that they offer towels and wash clothes available, very helpful

-Had to have cleaners come the day we checked in because the floors were dirty as was the shower ceiling but the host fixed it super fast! -You have a back deck/walk-out to the beach HOWEVER there is no way to lock the sliding door so if you and your family go out the back then there is no way to lock up the condo -There is a note on the side of the fridge that says the ac cannot go below 70 degrees without having issues (which we did not know prior to booking) and as a family that runs hot and has hot flashes 24/7 this was kind of an issue but we made due with fans -

Location and easy access to the beach an easy access back to our condo

It has a musty smell, and we tried to remove it and try to lessen it with air fresheners And we bought Reddit to take the mildew out of the air! Not that we did a lot of cooking because we didn’t. The utensils and cookware needs to be updated.
