L'appartamento è davvero pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è ottima, proprio nel centro di Levanto. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio privato a 15€ al giorno, che evita qualsiasi problema con l'auto. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

La posizione è il punto di forza. In pieno centro, a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Stuff disponibile e presente.
La disposizione dell'appartamento con la camera matrimoniale al piano inferiore e la cucina e il bagno al superiore non è comodissima, ma probabilmente non si poteva fare di meglio, ci si adegua. Il letto singolo è piuttosto scomodo a differenza del matrimoniale che invece è molto buono. Televisione e wifi non vanno benissimo. Ma Giulia e lo stuff sono stati molto gentili e sempre disponibili, sia prima del nostro arrivo che durante.

Fantastic location and this place had everything you needed for a great vacation in the apartment. They even had beach chairs and an umbrella that you could take to the beach, which was only 1700 feet from the apartment.
The number of stairs, she had to climb up to get your luggage to the apartment. But really once you got it up there it was fine. You definitely get your steps in.

L'emplacement est très bien, entre la gare et la plage, proche des restaurants. La terrasse est très bien.
Grand lit confortable.
Climatisation fonctionnelle et nécessaire par fortes chaleurs pour un dernier étage.
Manque de communication proactive de la part des gestionnaires (informations sur le parking données tardivement, pas de contact pour la sortie de l'appartement...)
Appartement qui est vieux, quelques équipements qui mériteraient d'être changés : four et lave linge qui ont fait disjoncter l'électricité, cafetière non fonctionnelle, carcasse du ventilateur à moitié cassée...
