I loved the location, walking distance from the beach. The house is really spacious and comfortable, it has an extra room for children, there is a washing machine, a dishwasher and even a walk in closet. There is a very nice balcony that looks on a couple of cute streets full of restaurants and little shops.
The water heater was broken the first two days of our staying, so we didn't have warm water. It happened on a saturday afternoon, the agency didn't pick up the phone, I had to call them multiple times on a mobile number. Someone came quickly, but he didn't have the tools to fix it. He said that the problem would be solved the morning after. The day after nothing happenend, I called the agency again multiple times, but they were not reachable. I walked myself to the agency and the woman said that they had problems contacting the assistance, because it was weekend. At the end someone she knew came in the afternoon and fixed it. Quite an annoying start of a vacation.
The day we left, since we went away early in the morning, we were supposed to drop the keys in a mailbox just outside the door of the agency. When arrived there, the was no mailbox! Called the agency, as usual nobody picked up the phone, I left a voice mail and finally they answered the phone. The woman was a bit confused, she said that 'oooohhh maybe the workers took the mailbox off, because they were doing some works to the building......'
There was a hole in the metal door, I put the keys there and finally went away. Crazy.

Great location, spacious and clean appartment.
We were unpleasantly surprised by the extra fee 15EUR/person for towels and linen (only sheets in reality). The information about this extra fee was not on the website in the information about the price section and it was not possible to cancel this reservation without the cancellation fee after we were informed about this extra fee. Also, the bed we were provided for our 1-year-old was not suitable and safe and we've had to improvise a lot.
