Nestled sanctuary

I booked the self catering unit for my parents who were up in Jhb for a few days. The location was perfect as it was nearby where they needed to be whilst staying there. That said that they found it to be comfortable and suited all theirs needs. I had requested extra blankets and heater from at their request and it was all there on their arrival. Whilst they had no need for these my mother noted that the unit had both a washing machine and tumble dryer. Apart from a minor blip where they found that the refrigerator wasn’t working it was immediately addressed by the manager and they were given a gift voucher as compensation. Overall my parents had a good stay and remarked that the staff were lovely. Lungelo was also kind enough to give me a few ideas on places nearby where I could send them to go treat themselves to a lovely lunch before departing home to KZN. Thank you to everyone who made their stay very pleasant.

I cannot comment as I wasn’t there but my parents didn’t have a bad word to say about the place or the staff.
