Getaway Luxury Golf Estate - 15 minutes from Lanseria airport

Self-catering - the small kitchen was perfectly adequate for our needs. Good fridge, stove and microwave. Lovely bath towels. Supplied amenities included liquid hand soap, shampoo/conditioner and shower caps. The bed was comfortable, if a little small. The apartment was clean and tidy, nicely decorated.

There is a shortage of drinking glasses in the kitchen. The stick-on backsplash is coming away from the wall. The bathroom needs some serious TLC. Terrible lighting, major problems with the shower and screen. There seems to be a discrepancy between the description of the place (private pool, private entrance) and what you actually get. No pool. No private entrance. We had difficulty with the front door lock, which the owner assured us would be attended to.

We were never able to connect to Wifi

I was pleasantly surprised on arrival at how lovely this apartment is. There isn't anything this host didn't think of. The towel and linen were of hotel quality, if not better.

I found dead ants in the frigde on arrival. The dish cloth was used and dirty. The shower door had old soup grub and the basin was dirty. The bedroom cupboards needed dusting. I placed the pillows in there and they were dirty from dust gathering in the hard to reach areas.
