The property was just nice. Nothing wow about it. It had everything that we needed, except for food obvious. The host was very hands on as well

I didn’t like where the property was situated. It wasn’t comfortable

It was just okay not wow as compared to the pictures, the nice thing about it, is that it's in a secured area.

Thought the communication was bad at 1st, as the owner did not provide the code for when we enter the security gate at the estate, we had to call yet he knew that he has guests booked for the weekend. We avoided going to the shops as we had bad experience with the security guys, No clear directions were given we had to use Google maps again to get the exact location to the Loft. The kitchen cloths were dirty and the bath tub is very small, a shower could have been better. Now here's the interesting part, on Sunday we knew that we had to check out by 10am and guess what the owners phone was off as he had to give us the code to check out again,and there's no alternative number to call on. He answered at past 11 saying his sorry he was at church so he literally forgot about us and we had plans for Sunday, I have never been so frustrated. I was disappointed I don't want to lie. Not sure if I'll book again.
