Everything was great - clean, comfortable bed, nice private balcony, the hosts were very kind and the communication went smooth. There is s nice big terrace on the last floor accessible for everyone, with a nice town view, sun-beds and place to drink your evening cocktail :) 20 mins drive to city center of Chania and good starting point to all the great beaches on west side of Crete.
