Ruby Luxury Suites

Plenty of parking outside the hotel. The apartment was spacious and looking great.

Pretty much everything was nice

An amazing stay – I couldn’t have asked for better! Honestly, I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! It was even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures, and I absolutely loved our stay. Everything was perfect, from the room to the location and, most importantly, the lovely people working there. The location is fantastic. Everything is close by: the city centre, the old town, restaurants, bus stops and even supermarkets. We could easily get around and enjoy Chania without any hassle. Having a kitchen in the accommodation was also a huge bonus, as we could cook our own meals whenever we wanted instead of always eating out. What I loved most was that, despite being so close to everything, the hotel was peaceful. We could enjoy the city during the day and come back somewhere quiet and relaxing without all the noise and hustle and bustle of the centre. Honestly, the location couldn’t have been better! The accommodation itself was beautiful, modern and very comfortable. It looked even better than expected, and everything was spotless. The bed was comfortable, the room was well maintained, and the sound insulation made it easy to relax after a long day exploring. You can really tell that attention has been paid to the little details. The welcoming touches were lovely, too, and made us feel special from the beginning. A big thank you to the housekeeping staff, who were always so kind and pleasant. Everyone we met at reception was equally lovely, welcoming and helpful. They were always ready to listen and help us whenever we needed anything. They even helped us arrange our transport to the airport, which made everything so much easier. We really appreciated it! The security system was also very easy to use, and everything was straightforward and convenient throughout our stay. I honestly have nothing negative to say. I had such a wonderful time in Chania, and this hotel definitely contributed to making our trip so special.

No-THING !!!!!!

We loved everything about the accommodation. The apartment is cozy, clean, and in an excellent location. The air conditioners are quiet and work very well, the shower is comfortable, and even the soaps are wonderful! 😊

Clean, spacious and walking distance to lots of activities and actractions. Everything that you would expect is available in the apartment, plus cleaning.
