Ruby Luxuy Suites is an excellent place to stay in Chania. Beautifully appointed, modern, clean and comfortable with great little touches from our host Kostas. All the amenities were as specified, the location is just off the main road area so it is quieter yet 3 minutes walk to anywhere in the Old Town. Kostas showed us a suite, these were huge and looked great for next time. Highly recommend. Also suggest to arrange the pick-up through the hotel, its 12km to the airport and this makes your arrival seamless.

The location was perfect. It was close to nice food spots, red Jane and wake & bake a must visit for breakfast and the most amazing sandwiches which we stocked up before day trips. Also lots of clothes shops eg Zara etc just up the road. it was in walking distance to the old town (10min) the reception staff were excellent and so friendly, both staff members we met helped us with booking cars (which was dropped to the apartment, nice touch.) and information about day trips, food spots etc. they couldn't help enough truly 5* service. Rooms were cleaned everyday, lovely balcony, and well equipped kitchen. You can even do your laundry on site for free.
The only small things I can think of for improvement are there is no full length mirror and no dishwasher this really didn't bother us but would make the place a 10

The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything necessary. The staff was very kind. I also appreciated the private parking lot.
