I loved my stays at Villa Neapolis(Oct 27-31,2025): Location is close to beach (1 minute walk), stores (2 minutes) and old town (10 minutes walk). The apartement was VERY modern, beautifully furnished (the bed VERY comfortable), VERY clean and overall just immaculate on all levels. I would stay here again in a heart beat: it is so worth the money!
Stella (the owner/host), met me upon arrival to hand me the key and explain the 'ins-outs' of the apartment: It was a most pleasant and warm welcome! Stella and her husband were also very communicative during my stay, answering my questions immediately via Whatsapp/Phonecalls.
I was pleasanty suprised that Orange Juice, Water Bottles, a loaf of bread, a coffee cake, coffee&tea, little bags of snacks, chocolates and a little carafe of ouzo were provided as well for my enjoyment!
I truly hope to be able to stay at Villa Neapolis again upon my next visit to Chania!

Tout était impeccable ! La propriétaire très bienveillante et aux petits soins. La seule propriétaire qui a pris le temps de venir nous voir et de discuter avec nous . Merci! Un parking disponible sous l’appartement c’est le top! Un appartement refait à neuf et très bien équipé ! Au calme et bien situé.

Stella was a wonderful host, we needed a small pan so she bought it for us, arranged our taxi transfer and was available all the time. Beautiful apartment, very quiet but near to beach and old town.
Bed is comfy but a little hard, shower door needs careful handling
