- easy to access and we were able to check in well ahead of time (thank you!!)
- washing machine was easy to use and pods were provided.
- sofa bed was comfortable and we had a good night sleep (we didn’t realise it was a sofa bed, but that was our mistake on booking).
- communication was great and had quick responses.
- would benefit from more/improved cooking facilities; bigger chopping board, more tea towels and a drainer for washing up.
- would also prefer to have a iron and ironing board.
