Nook 40 - Les Balances - Central Mont-Blanc views

The location is great. A short walking distance from most things you need. The apartment was clean and very equipped, and there was an elevator, which was nice. Also, here was a small balcony with a lovely view. It's a pretty small space, so it's better suited for people who spend most of the time outside. During the stay, we encountered some issues in the apartment, and they sent a repair person a few times until everything was fixed. (Bathroom door didn't close all the way, and an issue with the microwave). Overall, we had a very nice time.

Bonjour! Lorsque nous sommes entrés dans l'appartement, nous avons été surpris par son excellente propreté comme s'il s'agissait d'un hôtel, parfait. ils ont laissé les radiateurs allumés pour nous accueillir, il faisait chaud et accueillant. Studio style moderne et en même temps le charme d'un chalet de montagne, avec un balcon avec une belle vue sur les montagnes et la ville. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est dans l'appartement, rien ne manque. Excellent localisation,hyper central ! fait tout complètement à pied. Le concierge est très gentil en répondant à toutes les questions. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour, je le recommande et nous reviendrons certainement le futur!

good central location, nice design, incredible view on Mont-blanc

Actually, it was one of our worst experience with renting appartment on booking.com. when we moved in it was sooooo cold at the appartment, we warmed up the appartment only after 12 hours. the temperature outside by the way was almost -10 at night! so you can image how cold was at the appartment. Host didn’t think about preparing his place for guest in that part! also Wi-Fi didn’t work during the whole stay and host told us he could do nothing with it cause the building is old, but (!) we know that other appartments in this building had Wi-Fi and internet connection, so I guess that host just didn’t want to do anything. for me and my husband Wi-Fi was important, because we both were working and had a lot of zoom calls. as a result we spent all our GB on sim cars and had to buy more packages. dear host if you don’t have the internet at your place please don’t lie to the guests and put this info to booking.com
