This beautiful, newly renovated property in the heart of Chamonix is ideal for a holiday as a couple, with family or with friends.
Located right in the pedestrianised centre, it allows you to fully enjoy the lively atmosphere of the town whilst benefiting from soundproof double glazing for optimal comfort. You’ll love the magnificent view of Mont Blanc – an exceptional setting for your mountain holiday.

The master bedroom features a 160x190cm double bed for a good night’s sleep. The comfortable and cosy living room can be converted into a sleeping area thanks to a sofa bed, providing two additional beds.

Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment includes a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and washing machine, perfect for a self-catering stay, whether for a few days or several weeks. Please note that there is no Wi-Fi in the accommodation and pets are not allowed.

Outside, guests have access to a ski storage room to store their equipment after a day on the slopes. The private car park for the building, with free parking, is located just behind the block, allowing for easy and secure parking.

Ideally situated, the accommodation offers easy walking access to all of Chamonix’s attractions.
