设备老旧，缺乏维护。 洗碗机喷水口都被食物残渣堵了，洗的一点都不干净。 楼上卧室的窗户无法打开，也无法关闭，彻底卡住。晚上睡觉只能开着窗户。 烤箱里没有任何烤盘。

Die Lage war gut, Parkplatz vor der Tür
Alles etwas heruntergekommen, das Bad im Keller hatte noch nicht mal ein Waschbecken, war eigentlich eine Waschküche. Gereinigt wird da wohl nicht, dass Geschirr im Schrank war teilweise schmutzig. Es gab nur 2 Gläser. Plastikbecher teilweise kaputt. Alles zusammengestückeltes Geschirr. Für den Preis habe ich besseres erwartet. Die Fotos sehen besser aus, wie tatsächlich. Der Vermieter will wohl nur verdienen, könnte mal ein bisschen investieren.
