Gamlastova

Beliggenheten er fantastisk. Veldig hyggeleg vertskap. Huset har ein god atmosfære med herlig blanding av gammalt og nytt. Koseleg at huset i stor grad er bevart i gammal stil. Nytt kjøken og bad var svært fint. Nye senger med gode madrasser.

A very original and old Norwegian House, that was nicely decorated and also renovated in a way to preserve it. Breathtaking view on the Fjord. Very nice hiking opportunities not far from. the house. Quietness.

Dette var et utrolig sjarmerende og hyggelig sted. Vi skulle gjerne blitt mye lenger og kommer gjerne tilbake. Her var det flotte omgivelser både for tur og kulturelle opplevelser. Dette stedet anbefales varmt!

The location itself is decent: it’s quiet, remote, easily accessible by car and calm. We liked it here. The house is antique, warm and interesting. Clearly renovations were made, so you have hot water and all the facilities.

The kitchen is poorly equipped and was really dirty. All the plates, cookware, forks and spoons are the cheapest options of them all. The bed is really uncomfortable, furniture is mostly random and doesn’t go well with each other (but it’s about aesthetic of the place). Additionally the host is busy working (since it’s a farm) so there’s no time for you, be prepared that your messages may be not answered or ignored. For example, we can’t reach the owner during our stay. There is a EV charger, but you have to pay for using it. I guess it’s okay, idk, at other places during my vacation I didn’t pay anything for it. Just for your info.
