1) Excellent location - close to the train station (3 minutes walk), from where Nice is just 2 stations away. It's also close to the beach (3 minutes walk). Supermarket is in 2 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants nearby, etc.
2) Very welcoming host - Mara, your attitude and way of treating guests is truly remarcable! It felt like home.
3) The apartment was clean and furnished with everything needed. Up to every little detail. Fantastic!

Exceptional host, very hospitable and generous. The apartment is decorated with taste, all new, freshly renovated and very comfortable. The location is also great, with all amenities at walking distance. Parking is a bonus. The sofa bed was really comfortable.
