Spacious and calm

Perfect location between Nice and Antibes, calm neighbourhood, clean, spacious, very friendly host and overall a really nice experience. We would come again for sure!

The bed has a wooden edge at the end and we are quite tall. Otherwise nothing to say, all was fine!

We are delighted to stay at „2 pièces calme et fonctionnel”! Only advantages can be mentioned. A very interesting facility, located in a great location (away from traffic, on a hill, among the forests). Quiet and pleasant surroundings. A good base for exploring the French Riviera, and let me emphasize that our sightseeing program was very intense! We felt very good on this place. „2 pièces calme et fonctionnel” was very nice and large, decorated in great style. In the apartment „2 pièces calme et fonctionnel” : very comfortable bed, TV, sofa, clothes hanger, iron, hairdryer, two sets of towels, toilet paper, large bowl, shower, well-equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, electric kettle) all kitchen appliances working. There were also shower gels, shampoo and soap in the bathroom, and tea, coffee and sugar in the kitchen! Great! Thank you very much for everything! And balcony with chairs and a table. The view from the bedroom window is very beautiful! Overall conditions were very comfortable. It was a great relaxation for us. Our vacation were very successful! Thank You and Best Regards! M&D.

Well situated 12 km from Nice, 14 km from Antibes. Quite, very friendly and helpfull owner.Very clean and spacious apartment with own private entrance. Free parking on site

A mirror in the bedroom will be nice to be able to blow your hair. A second pillow will also be appreciated.

Logement agréable et fonctionnel.

Excellent rapport qualité / prix. Au calme sur les hauteurs de Cagnes et pourtant à moins de 5' du front de mer et à proximité immédiate de supermarchés pour les courses. La possibilité de se garer en bas du logement est un vrai plus. Le logement est propre et fonctionnel avec un accès à un balcon filant.

La clim est dans le salon, ce n'est pas gênant en soi en maintenant la porte de la chambre ouverte et la possibilité de créer des courants d'air avec les ouvrants de chaque pièce par contre je regrette que les doubles rideaux mal ajustés ou absents ne permettent pas de maintenir une pénombre suffisante lors des réveils tardifs. Ce n'est pas grand chose à faire et cela améliorait grandement le confort.

Ein ruhiges Fleckchen

Wir sind mit Hund gereist und können nur positives berichten. Es wurde nichts zusätzlich für das Tier berechnet, was sonst eher selten ist. Céline hat uns bei jeder Frage geholfen und uns einige wertvolle Tipps gegeben. So wurde unser Trip nach Cagnes-sur-Mer und Nizza unvergesslich. Die Aussicht aus dem Appartement ist hervorragend und die Klimaanlage funktioniert, falls es doch zu warm werden sollte. Die Küche ist mit allem wichtigen Ausgestattet. Wir werden hier definitiv wieder hinkommen, wenn wir in der Gegend Urlaub machen.

Un séjour nature trop court hélas !

Le logement se trouve dans un endroit très agréable et paisible au milieu de la Nature, terrasse et chambre avec vue panoramique sur l'arrière-pays et coucher de soleil en prime ! Le logement est simple mais très fonctionnel avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Le lit est confortable. TV, Wifi et clim chauffante excellents et la place de parking est vraiment un plus. Merci à vous !

Déçu

L'appartement est bien équipé

Sur l'annonce quand j'ai réservé il était prévu : parking privé : ce n'était pas le cas draps et serviettes compris : ce n'était pas le cas et j'ai du payé 30 € D'autre part l'appartement est situé au 2ème étage sans ascenseur dans une résidence très grande, de la voiture à l'appartement on a du faire plus de 500 m en passant par des escaliers et avec les valises ce n'est pas commode.

Belles découvertes de la Côte d'Azur, de Cannes à Monaco et des magnifiques villages perchés

Cécile, notre hôtesse, est une personne très agréable et aux petits soins pour ses hôtes : petites attentions très appréciées (thés,cafés pâtes, condiments ...). Le gîtes est situé au calme sur une colline offrant une belle vue sur les environs et proche du centre ville. Idéalement situé pour visiter les lieux emblématiques de la Côte d'Azur. Location très sympathique pour un couple.
