Quinta da Toqueira

The location of the appartment was good: The highway was nearby and you could get to beaches, Porto and other targets quickly. The house doesn't have any neighbors nearby and even the next village (with supermarket) is a bit away, but not too far. The pool was just perfect: a little salty, no clorine, space and relax space around and also not in sight for anyone, temperature was also very good. The hosts or in our case their parents were nice and helpful.

We only found out upon arrival it was two appartments above each other, not a complete house like we intended for ourselves. That was a big downturn! The space in the appartment was tight: We had trouble finding space for our suitcase to rest. Every bedroom had its own bathroom, but all limited in space (so 3 bedrooms for 6 people or 3 pairs). We had issues with the cleanliness: hair in the bathroom, stains on the blankets. We were not there for a whole week, maybe the cleaning lady didn't do a complete cleaning? The hosts took care of it.

The house is in the middle of the nature with a nice swiming pool.it is very quite place for relaxing and nature lovers.people who are taking care of proprty are friendly and helpful.

The corner edges of the beds are little sharp..easy to hit the knees.there was only one hard pillow per person but Edwardo quickly respond second day with extra soft pillows for us.was great.
