Very clean property, large comfortable beds and bedrooms, welcome pack of milk and wine and kitchen basics provided. Owner was helpful and responded quickly to minor issue. She also bought some fans to help with heatwave. Kitchen well equipped. Small patio area for sitting outside. 20 minute walk into central Wells.
The layout means that you must walk through one bedroom to get from the front door to the kitchen/sitting room. Ok for a family but lack of privacy if two couples are the guests. The bathroom window needs privacy film to be added as its plain glass at the moment. Only view is over a small field of ducks and chickens.
