Room is huge for Japan. Its clean and the room amenities are great
Place is convenient lots of food places. Hotel seems to be at the party place/ red light area so quite lively at night not too kid friendly. Depends on what your looking for

We are a group of 9 and we loved our stay here! It was one of the best hotels/condotels we've stayed at in Japan. The rooms were spacious and clean. The area looks like a red light district but people won't really bother you if you don't bother them.

We stayed in Queen suite and it was really huge for 4adults and 2 kids. The kids had ample space to move around. Would love to stay in this hotel again!
